Consumer Confidence Report

The California State Water Resource Control Board regulates West San Martin Water Works for water quality. The Water Resources Control Board requires every year by June the previous year's Consumer Confidence Report is published.

Cross Connection

West San Martin Water Works is required by the State of California to protect the water from backflow. Customers, whose properties are deemed a threat of a cross connection, are required to have a backflow device installed. Threats on the property may include, but are not limited to, a well, a pump, fire sprinklers, or irrigation systems. Devices needs to be tested annually.
